🔐 1. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We protect all transactions using 128-bit SSL encryption, ensuring your personal and payment details are secure. Payments are processed via trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

 

🛒 2. Can I review or cancel my order before payment?

Yes. Before confirming payment, you can:

  • Review your order items and quantities

  • Remove or update items

  • Cancel the entire order

Once payment is made, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours by contacting us directly.

We are located in Malaysia.

💱 4. What currency do you use for transactions?

All product prices and payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
International customers will see the converted total based on their local currency during checkout (conversion fees may apply, depending on your card provider).

 

📦 5. How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

  • International: 3–14 working days (depending on country & customs clearance)
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

 

🚚 6. What shipping providers do you use?

We ship using reliable courier services:

  • Malaysia: Pos Laju, J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, Lalamove (for local delivery)

  • International: FedEx, DHL Express, Aramex

Shipping method is selected based on location, order size, and delivery speed.

 

🔄 7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, within 7 days if the product is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Still unopened and unused

🧾 8. Do I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes. A digital invoice will be sent to your email after payment. Printed invoices can be included upon request.
