Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Perishable food items are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

  • Opened or consumed snacks or beverages

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Custom-packed or bulk wholesale items

 

🔄 Return & Refund Process

    Include your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval
    If eligible, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Code and return instructions.

  3. Shipping the Return
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

🚫 LEGAL & EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

  • Food export/import regulations differ by country. Buyers are responsible for checking import laws in their country before ordering.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or seizure of restricted items at the destination.

  • Products are not to be resold in regions with banned or restricted ingredients unless licensed.
